Step 3: Make An Offer
Once you’ve found the perfect home, I’ll help you craft a competitive offer and negotiate with the seller to get the best deal possible.
Step 4: Inspection & Appraisal
After your offer is accepted, we’ll arrange for a home inspection to ensure the property is in good condition. Your lender will also order an appraisal to confirm the value of the home.
Step 5: Finalize Your Loan
Work with your lender to finalize the paperwork, lock in your interest rate, and get ready for closing day.
Step 6: Closing Day - Welcome Home!
